I have a little circular saw blade that I bought in a $2 shop a few years ago (great for musical purposes, not sure if it'd actually cut anything!). I've played it with a bow a few times, it's incredibly resonant. But today, navigating my way around my over-crowded studio, I knocked it off the shelf and it sounded so beautiful and rang out so long I just had to record it.
